If building a deck for a patio room, then consider the Structural Insulated Panels by Enercept. Enercept insulated floor panels are composed of EPS insulation laminated between 7/16″ OSB. Panels are reinforced with 2x studs 16″ o.c. The panel connecting member is also a solid 2x. Panels are typically 4′ in width and range up to 28′ in length and in thickness from 4-8 inches.
