An all-season sunroom is designed for year-round use, with insulated walls, double-pane insulated glass, and dedicated heating and cooling. Screened and three-season rooms are not designed for the same winter comfort.
In many cases. We’ll inspect the structure, footings, ventilation, and support first. Some projects need reinforcement or new footings to meet the design and applicable codes.
Three-season rooms generally don’t require an HVAC system and usually aren’t connected to your home’s central heating and cooling.
